He led both of them with deception; when they tasted the tree, their private parts became apparent to both of them and they started to patch together with leaves from the garden themselves. Their Lord called out to them: "Didn't I forbid you that tree and tell you both that Satan is an open enemy of yours?".
It is told in verses 20: 120-121: "Satan whispered into Adam 'Oh Adam! May I inform you about the tree of immortality and kingdom that will never disappear?' So they both ate from it, and then their private parts became apparent to them, and they both started to patch their private parts with leaves from Paradise. Adam disobeyed his Lord, and so he became aimless". It is told in verse 33: 35: "Indeed, for the men and women submitted everything to the Lord, believing men and women, devoted men and women, Truth testifying men and women, patient men and women, men and women fearing the Lord, charity giving men and women, fast taking men and women, chastity guarding men and women, men and women much remembering the Lord, Lord has kept prepared forgiveness and a great reward".
Since the sexual organs, intercourse, urine, stool, and impure things were not in Paradise, Adam and Eve were living there eating and drinking as they both wished. Then Satan tempted them both for enjoying sexual intercourse which is the banned fruit of Paradise as explained in verses 4: 119-121. While both of them intended for intercourse which is banned in Paradise, their nakedness and sexual organs appeared to them. So both of them patched their sexual organs with the leaves of trees.
Adhikr is the Food, Cloth, and Sight of the human soul. But the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar by not considering the soul and Hereafter are reading the body of the Book by which they have darted away from Islam as explained in verse 4: 43. They have made the sexual organs of opposite genders as their Qibla (concentration point). As a result, if they get a chance for illegal sex and for eating a favorite food, they will prefer the former avoiding the latter. See explanation 6: 27-28 and 9: 67-68.
